Refunds and Returns

Métier will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached.

Refunded monies will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made; after receipt of returns goods: allow 10 days for this process and for the refund to be made to account.

If you would like to exchange or return a product please return it to us within 30 days of receiving your products along with a completed UK Returns/Exchange form, this file requires a PDF viewer.

Once you have completed the returns form, please send it to info@metiercycling.com. We will then send you the DHL returns label via e mail. You can then arrange collection or drop off at a DHL service point.  

Return items:

  • Must be returned in condition that we can resell, this means that the garment must be unused and undamaged.
  • Include all original packaging, tags and labels
  • Include the original receipt

If the garment is returned in a state which prohibits our ability to resell it, we may to reject the return and send it back to you.

Exchanges: The new exchange item will be sent on receipt of returned product, subject to stock availability. Please allow 3–5 working days from receipt of returned order to receive your exchange.

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on free promotional items.

EU & International Customers

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased online please return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order along with a completed EU & International Returns/Exchange form. You will require Adobe Reader or an alternative PDF viewer to open this file. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use a tracked service with insurance if necessary. We will not reimburse you for the cost of your return, unless an item was faulty or incorrect.

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. This means you must keep all original packaging, tags and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to reject the return and send it back to you.

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following items:
